The Rookie Designs founder saw that firsthand when he started PomorzePomoże — a kids' water-safety program. The program found its footing, made its impact, and proved that passion backed by purpose gets results.
That work opened the next chapter. He joined Sopockie WOPR, one of Poland's most well-known lifeguard agencies, and took the stage as a speaker at the OnDuty 2024 conference — presenting his vision for a national water-safety program.
But education was only part of it. He saw something bigger — that lifeguarding as a profession deserved to be seen, respected, and recognised. That the people standing watch every day deserved an identity as strong as their mission.
They needed a voice, a presence, and a visual identity strong enough to speak to the world — one that could turn a local agency into something people trust, remember, and believe in.
